YummyYummix and Irmixy are brands operated by Tapicu Goodies Inc. ("we"), a company based in Canada. We run this early-access waitlist and serve people in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and elsewhere. This policy explains what we collect when you join the list, why, and the choices and rights you have wherever you live. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Your email address, which you give us when you join the waitlist.
Basic attribution data so we know which link or channel sent you: the page language, which headline you saw, and any "utm" tags in the link you clicked (for example, utm_source=instagram). We do not collect your name, address, or payment details on this page.
Why we use it
To email you when your early-access invite is ready and to share the founding price.
To understand which marketing channels work, so we spend our effort well.
Email and your consent
By joining the waitlist you are asking us to email you about early access — that is your consent to receive these messages (including under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, "CASL", and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act).
Every email we send identifies us, includes our mailing address, and has an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will stop emailing you promptly.
Who we share it with
We use a few trusted service providers to run the list: Supabase (secure database hosting), Resend (sending the welcome and invite emails), and Vercel (website hosting). They process your data only to provide these services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where your data is processed
We are based in Canada, but our service providers store and process data on servers in the United States and other countries. Wherever you live, your information may be transferred to and processed outside your home country, and we rely on those providers’ standard contractual safeguards to protect it.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist. You can opt out at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to us.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of this, email us at hola@irmixy.com.
United States (including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request that we delete or correct it, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of it — though we do not sell or share it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Canada (under PIPEDA): you may access and correct your personal information and withdraw your consent to its use at any time.
Children
This waitlist is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age where you live). If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will remove it.
Cookies
This page does not use advertising cookies. We store the "utm" tags from your link in your browser session only, so your sign-up can be credited to the right channel.
