Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

YummyYummix ("we") runs this early-access waitlist. This policy explains what we collect when you join the list, why, and your choices. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Your email address, which you give us when you join the waitlist.

Basic attribution data so we know which link or channel sent you: the page language, which headline you saw, and any "utm" tags in the link you clicked (for example, utm_source=instagram). We do not collect your name, address, or payment details on this page.

Why we use it

To email you when your early-access invite is ready and to share the founding price.

To understand which marketing channels work, so we spend our effort well.

Who we share it with

We use a few trusted service providers to run the list: Supabase (secure database hosting), Resend (sending the welcome and invite emails), and Vercel (website hosting). They process your data only to provide these services. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist. You can opt out at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to us.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. In Mexico these are your ARCO rights under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). To exercise any of them, email us at hello@yummyyummix.com.

Cookies

This page does not use advertising cookies. We store the "utm" tags from your link in your browser session only, so your sign-up can be credited to the right channel.

Changes & contact

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Questions? Email hello@yummyyummix.com.
